This scholarship is awarded to active NROTC officers of Batangas State University.

Shall maintain a general weighted average (GWA) of 2.5 (80-82) at the end of the semester
Shall enroll in the minimum required a load of eighteen (18) units every semester
Must present certification from the NROTC Office upon enrollment
