Requirements

  • Students are required to file the Application Form A1 (which can be downloaded here and printed in Legal-sized paper) with their correct contact details, addresses and other important details and submit it to the Institute at least one (1) week prior to the commencement of a course to be able to get first day requi rements. Data should be typed or printed legibly.
  • One (1) recent 2” x 2” photo, taken within the last six (6) months, with your signature and name printed legibly at the back.
  • Submit a clear photocopy of any government issued ID, School ID, or passport.
  • If a change of address or phone number should occur during the term, the student is required to file form B1 with the Institute as soon as possible, so we can contact you for events and opportunities (competitions, school affairs, and the likes) provided by the school.
