Freshmen
- Report Card (DepEd Form 138) or its equivalient (F-137) and NCAE Results
- Physical and medical examination certified by a government physician, certifying the applicant’s fitness to do University work.
- Certificate of good moral character from the school last attended.
- Three (3) latest 2 x 2 pictures
- Photocopy of authenticated birth certificate issued by NSO
Transferees
- Transfer Credential/Honorable Dismissal from the school last attended.
- Transcript of Records or a copy of Academic Records for evaluation purposes.
- Physical and medical examination certified by a government physician certifying the applicant’s fitness to do University work.
- Certificate of good moral character from the school last attended.
- Three (3) latest 2 x 2 pictures.
- Photocopy of authenticated birth certificate issued by NSO.
Note: Applicants (New Freshmen and Student Transferees) must pass the entrance examination and interview.
Foreign Students
A foreign applicant who graduated from a high school abroad and has not enrolled in University maybe admitted to the freshman class if he meets the following requirements:
- Submission of (Secondary; High School education) complete academic documents.
- Qualifying in the university national or international foreign administered examination such as the General Certificate of Education (GCE) Examination or the Scholastic Aptitude Test (SAT) or any equivalent examination.
GCE: 3 ordinary level passed and 2 advanced level passed.
SAT: Minimum total score of 1200.
IBE: International Baccalaureate Diploma.
- In the case of an applicant whose native language or medium of instruction in the secondary school is not English, a minimum score of 500 in the Test of English or Foreign Language (TOEFL).
- Filipinos who graduated from a secondary school abroad applying for freshman admission must satisfy the same requirements as those for foreign students.
A TOEFL score of 500 (paper based test) or 173 (computer-based test) is required if an applicant whose medium of instruction in school he attended is not English. If the applicant is transferring from another Philippine school, he should secure a permit to transfer from the Commission on Higher Education.
Study Permit
All foreign students should secure a temporary study permit from the ISS office before registering.
