Muntinlupa Science High School is a special science high school that provides a technical and science curriculum that aims to prepare students for careers in science and technology, math, and communication arts.

DECS approved the request on April 15, 1999 of the Division of City school of Muntnlupa,  with local government officials, residents and students for the establishment of the school. The school was inaugurated on June 1 , 1998 by the local government and division school officials , 72 students, their parents , and six teacher. The school graduated its first batch of seniors on April 1, 2002 composed of  72 students.
