This 4-year program is designed to teach the concepts of fisheries management, environmental management, and multi-sectoral approach to coastal management. It educates students on the proper methods to enhance the production of fisheries resources. Students are provided with a strong scientific background in inland fisheries, marine fisheries, and fish processing. Topics in natural resources management, interactions of the physics, chemistry, and biology of aquatic ecosystems, and online mapping applications are included.
