UNDERGRADUATE/BACHELOR’S DEGREE PROGRAMS
Requirements
- Must be a natural born Filipino citizen
- Must be Single
- Age should be 17-22 years old at the time of admission
- Has passed the Cadetship Qualifying Examination by the PNPA
- Height should be at least 5'4 for male and 5'2 for female
- Must be physically and mentally fit
- Weight must not be more than nor less than 5 kgs. of the standards weight measurement corresponding to age, height and sex
GRADUATE SCHOOL PROGRAMS
Requirements (For the Public Safety Administration Program)
For Uniformed Officials:
- Birth certificate
- Must possess a bachelor’s degree
- Must have a rank of Superintendent or higher
- Should not be less than 40 years old
- Endorsement letter from bureau heads
- Transcript of Records
- True copy of Diploma
- Command Clearance
- Officer’s Evaluation Report (OER)
- Unit Clearance
- CHR Clearance
- Medical Certificate
- Contract of commitment by the Bureau head
- Two (2) pieces 2X2 ID picture
- Personal Data Form
- Affidavit
- Contract to Refund Form
- Letter of Commitment Form
For Non-Uniformed Government Personnel:
- Birth certificate
- Must possess a bachelor’s degree
- Endorsement Letter
- Transcript of Records
- Service Record
- Must be holding a position with SG 20 or equivalent
- Should have at least 10 years of service
- Certified true copy of Diploma
- Recent Performance Evaluation Report
- Contract of Commitment
- Must be nominated by the Department Secretary/Agency Head
- Must not be less than 35 years years old but not more than 55 years old
- Recent Appointment Paper
