Sibugay Technical Institute, Inc. (STII) is a private higher educational institution in Ipil, Zamboanga Sibugay. It was established in 2003 and only had 53 students during its first year. Committed to providing relevant and holistic education, STII now caters to more than 2,000 students

The institute currently offers CHED-recognized degree programs in English, Midwifery, Criminology, Business Administration, Information Technology, Technical Teacher Education, and Agriculture. STII is also a TESDA Training and Assessment Center; students who are interested in training for certain skills that lead to a National Certificate (NC) can avail of the numerous technical-vocational courses in this school.
