Qualifications
  • A bachelor’s degree
  • An undergraduate GPA of 80% or 2.5 in the academic subjects from the undergraduate degree
  • Passing score in the Graduate Admission Test, English Proficiency Tests and interviewed by the respective Dean/Department Chair. The Graduate School administers the GSAT for the purpose of determining the student’s proficiency in the use of the English language. The GSAT score will also be the basis for being advised to take up or not to take up a bridge course which is Academic Reading and Writing.
  • A minimum of 12 to 18 (depending on the discipline) undergraduate units in which the applicant intends to do graduate studies if the Bachelor’s degree is not aligned
  • International students are expected to have a sufficient knowledge of both written and spoken English to be able to do graduate level work.
  • Physically and medically fit

  • Three (3) colored passport size ID pictures
  • Birth Certificate (Original and Photocopy)
  • Photocopy of Marriage Certificate (for married women)
  • Graduate School Admission Test Fee (PHP 800)
  • Good Moral Certificate from previous school or Certificate of Employment
  • Original undergraduate and graduate transcript of records bearing the original signature of the registrar and school seal. Transcripts from the Philippine schools should bear the notation, “Copy Valid for St. Dominic College of Asia”  
  • Certificate of Honorable Dismissal from the last school attended
  • Three (3) Recommendation Letters/Forms
  • Foreign Students additional requirements:
    • Two (2) sets of Official Transcript of Records/Scholastic Records, duly authenticated by the Philippine Embassy or Consulate in the applicant’s country of origin or legal residence. A “SEEN AND NOTED” stamp on the transcript of records is not acceptable.
    • Two (2) sets of notarized Affidavit of Support and Proof of Adequate Financial Support to cover expenses for student’s accommodation and subsistence, school dues and other incidental expenses (Bank Statement)
    • Two (2) sets of the photocopy of Passport where name, photo and birth date appear

Enrollment Procedures
  1. Initial Evaluation: Applicants must fill out a Graduate Studies Application Form at the Admissions Office. Each filled-out Application Form should be accompanied with the requirements.
  2. Interview with the Dean or Program Chair
  3. Entrance Examination
  4. Submission of requirements and processing
  5. Graduate students shall proceed to the Office of the Dean for advising. The Dean of the Graduate School or the Program Chair shall advise the student on the subjects to be enrolled based on the subjects offered for the semester.
  6. Students are considered officially enrolled once they have paid the assessed amount of tuition and fees and have been issued the Official Tuition Receipt of St. Dominic College of Asia. Only officially enrolled students are allowed to attend their classes.
  7. The Office of the Registrar shall issue a computerized enrollment form to the student.
  8. A Student ID is issued by SDCA for the student to enter the campus premises and avail of student services. New students shall proceed to the MIS application. An old student should secure validation sticker from the Office of the Registrar.

Enrollment Procedures
  1. Applicants must fill out the Inquiry Form at the Admissions Office with provided admission requirements.
  2. Student Applicants shall pay P200.00 for the entrance exam fee.
  3. The students shall take the SDCAT (St. Dominic College Admission Test) at the Enrollment Center.
  4. Principal/Guidance Officer/Academic Coordinator conducts interview and evaluate the academic background of the applicant.
  5. Tuition and fees shall be assessed at the Accounting Office/Enrollment Center. Student applicants shall then proceed to the Cashier for the payment of the assessed amount.
  6. The Office of the Registrar shall issue a computerized enrollment form to the student.
  7. Students shall avail books & uniform at the Business Center.
  8. A Student ID is issued by SDCA for the student to enter the campus premises and avail of student services. New students shall proceed to the DES (Digital Education Solution) for application.
  9. Students may avail locker at the cashier, and school service with the Basic Ed.

St. Dominic College of Asia (SDCA) was founded in 1991 through the initial establishment of the St. Dominic Medical Center in Cavite by Don Gregorio and Doña Dominga Andaman. It was in 2003 that the St. Dominic College of Arts and Sciences was founded on the commitment to provide excellent but affordable education in Bacoor City and other areas of the region. In 2009, it formally changed its name to St. Dominic College of Asia.

St. Dominic College offers a variety of undergraduate programs under its four school units: Business & Computer Studies, Arts, Science, & Education, Health Science Professionals, and International, Hospitality, & Tourism Management. Graduate programs in Psychology and Business Administration are also available. In 2011, SDCA launched its Basic Education unit composed of Preschool, Elementary and High School programs. The Senior High School has programs under the ABM, HUMSS, STEMand HE strands.
