University of Perpetual Help System - Laguna is a private institution founded in 1968 by Dr. Jose G. Tamayo and Dr. Josefina Laperal Tamayo as an institution for education and healthcare. It received its university status in 1997. It has five constituent universities from Manila, Pangasinan, Cagayan Valley, Cavite, and Binan. As their motto goes, "Character Building is Nation Building", the university is dedicated to the development of its students as future leaders.
University Of Perpetual Help System Laguna offers an extensive selection of programs for undergraduate, graduate, diploma, and certificate courses under its 11 colleges which include Arts and Science, Aviation, Business and Accountancy, Computer Studies, Criminology, Education, Engineering, International Hospitality Management, Law, Maritime Education, and Graduate Studies.
