BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION MAJOR IN FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT PROGRAM
After 3 to 5 years, the BSBA major in Financial Management graduates shall:
1.utilize knowledge gained, skills developed, and attitudes formed from their academic program;
2. hold the first-line management position exhibiting Augustinian business education;
3. continue to learn financial management and adapt in a world of continually changing business environment;
4. model professional, ethical, and socially responsible behavior imbued by Augustinian values; and
5. be active members of business, social, religious, and/or civic organizations.

BSBA MAJOR IN FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT (BSBA FM)
 
The Financial Management program aims to prepare the students to possess a strong foundation on theory, principles, and concepts, as well as analytical tools and perspectives that would provide a sound competitive basis for financial decision making. Job opportunities of fresh graduates of the program include Management Trainee in Finance, New Account Personnel, Credit and Collection Assistant, Credit Analyst, Treasury Assistant, Entrepreneur, Order/Cashier, Traders/Stock Financial Analyst.
 
Financial  Management Program Outcomes

By the time of graduation, the students of the BSBA Major in Financial Management  program shall have the ability to:

1. demonstrate the understanding of the finance functions of an organization and evaluate and apply financial strategies to create measurable results to meet financial objectives;
2. apply and synthesize finance and other functional areas of the business to make sound business decisions;
3. use quantitative and qualitative analytical and critical thinking skills to evaluate information, solve problems and make decisions and participate in financial research and development projects;
4. analyze an organization's strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats from a finance and organizational perspective;
5. craft a comprehensive business plan to assist the business in clarifying their vision, to secure financing, and to gain business partners and customers;
6. perform the management functions of planning, organizing, leading, and controlling as professional business managers;
7. use information and communications technology efficiently and effectively to access and process data, analyze results, and report business information;
8. remain current with financial and management strategies, developments, and trends and employ them in new business environments;
9. demonstrate professional written and interpersonal communication skills that will enable them to collaboratively interact with customers, employees and other stakeholders;
10. work effectively both individually and as part of teams;
11. preserve and promote “Filipino and Augustinian historical and cultural heritage;” and
12. demonstrate knowledge and application of prescribed professional, social, and ethical responsibility and Augustinian values in the workplace.
