  • Form 137
  • Form 138 (High School Card)
  • Certificate of Good Moral
  • Original NSO Birth Certificate
  • Endorsement Letter (for LGE Scholars )
  • Medical Certificate (Chest X-ray, Fecalysis, Urinalysis, Blood Type)
  • 2×2 Colored Photo(4 pcs)
  • Long Brown Envelope
  • Long Brown Folder

  • Transcript of Records/ Certification of Grades
  • Honorable Dismissal/ Certificate of Transfer Credentials

ENROLLMENT PROCEDURES

STEP 1 – WINDOW 7
  • Present result of the College Entrance Exam (Notice of Passing)
  • Submit Admission Requirements and other necessary documents
  • Fill-up College Enrollment Form and Color-coded Scholarship form
  • Submit the 2 accomplished forms
    • Note: For Transferees, have your transfer credentials evaluated by the dep’t secretaries prior to enrollment
STEP 2 – WINDOW 3
  • Buy Registration Form (Form E1)
  • Fill-up Form E1
Note:
    • For incoming Freshmen, refer to the bulletin board(in front of Window 7) for subjects to be enrolled
    • For Transferees, ask the respective dep’t secretaries for the list of subjects
STEP 3 – WINDOW 7
  • Submit fully accomplished Form E1 for scholarship verification
STEP 4 – WINDOW 4
  • Submit your evaluated Registration Form for assessment of fees and issuance of student number
STEP 5 – WINDOW 1 or 2
  • Pay the corresponding fees
  • Demand for Receipts
Note:
    • For incoming Freshmen, proceed to  2nd Floor-NSTP office and get ROTC Registration form
    • For transferees, process to Step 6.
STEP 6 – WINDOW 7
  • Submit 3 remaining copies of Form E1
  • Wait for the Request for Form 137-A(for incoming freshmen only)
  • Wait for the Student’s Copy and the new set of class cards

Westmead International School (WIS) is a private school established in 2004 as Batangas Institute of Science and Technology. The institution was renamed on September 5, 2006, after opening more degree programs and educational levels. It has three campuses located in Batangas: Gulod (main campus), Alangilan, and Mega Heights.

The institution's primary purpose is to extend quality education and helpful training not only for its local student but also to foreigners. It is also WIS' objective to produce highly competent graduates who can thrive in the real world while contributing back to the society. WIS offer education from basic education up until tertiary level.
