  • Letter of Parental Consent
  • Two pcs 1x1 and 2x2 pictures w/ red background
FOREIGN STUDENTS
  • Photocopy of the Alien Certificate of Registration
  • Previous Study Permit (If Transferee From Other Philippine Schools)
  • Accomplished Personal History Statement
  • Certificate of Bank Deposits
  • Affidavit of Support
  • Birth Certificate of Passport
  • Transcript of Records
  • High School Card
  • Seven (7) Copies of 2x2 Pictures
  • Two (2) Copies of 1x1 Pictures (Items 3-10 are needed for Student Visa Application)

Note: Continuing Foreign Students must meet the same requirements as of Filipino students in addition to the above-mentioned requirements.

PROCEDURES
  1. Apply for the entrance exam for freshmen and qualifying exam for transferees.
  2. Proceed to the College Dean’s Office for an interview.
  3. After the interview, pay the necessary fees at the Cashier.
  4. Present the proof of payment to the Dean of the College for the scheduling of the entrance examination/qualifying examination.
  5. After passing the entrance examination, proceed to the Registrar’s Office for the enlistment of the subjects to be taken during the semester.
  6. After paying the fees and enlistment of subjects, you will be officially enrolled.
  7. Get a copy of your registration form which shows all the subjects that you will need to take during the semester/trimester.
