Freshmen
  • Three 1”x1” recent ID pictures
  • Photocopy of NSO birth certificate
  • Certificate of candidacy for graduation or its equivalent
  • Accomplished application form

Transferees
  • Photocopy of Certified True Copy of grades or Computerized Card
  • Three 1"x1" recent ID Pictures
  • Photocopy of NSO birth certificate
  • Accomplished application form


Procedures

Freshmen
  1. Proceed to the Admissions and Scholarships Office (AdScO) for queries
  2. Submit admission requirements
  3. Secure portfolio checklist and examination permit
  4. Take the entrance exam on the scheduled date and time
  5. Get the exam results from Guidance and Testing Office on the schedule date of release
  6. If qualified, submit the following enrollment requirements to the AdScO:
    • Report Card
    • Certificate of good moral character or its equivalent
  7. Secure and accomplish the following forms if applicable:
    • Physical and dental examination form
    • Probationary contract (for probationary students only)
    • Student Discount and Endorsement for Discount forms (for siblings, alumni, and other Colegio’s sponsored scholarships)
  8. Secure Official Enrollment Form (OEF) from the AdScO.
  9. Proceed to the Cashier’s Office for payment of fees

Transferees
  1. Proceed to the Admissions and Scholarships Office (AdScO) for queries

  4. Take the entrance exam on the scheduled date and time
  5. Get the exam results from Guidance and Testing Office on the schedule date of release
  6. If qualified, submit the following requirements at the Admissions and Scholarships Office (AdScO):
    • Original Certified True Copy of grades
    • Certificate of Eligibility to Transfer or Honorable Dismissal
    • Certificate of good moral character or its equivalent
  7. Secure grade evaluation form from the Admissions and Scholarships Office (AdScO) and proceed to the Registrar’s Department
  8. Secure evaluation results from the Registrar’s Department
  9. Secure and accomplish the following forms if applicable:
    • Physical and dental examination form
    • Probationary contract (for probationary students only)
    • Student Discount and Endorsement for Discount forms (for siblings, alumni, and other Colegio’s sponsored scholarships)
  10. Proceed to enrollment and secure Official Enrollment Form (OEF) from the Accounting Office
  11. Proceed to the Cashier’s Office for payment of fees

GRADUATE SCHOOL PROGRAMS

  • 2 photocopies of Marriage Contract (for married females)

BASIC EDUCATION

  • Certificate of candidacy for graduation/promotion to next level or its equivalent

Procedures
  1. Accomplish the online application. Walk-in applicants may use the student profile.exe of the LSS Admission Module. (The name and birthday of applicant in the NSO birth certificate should appear in the application)
  2. Submit the admission requirements to the AdScO.
  3. Secure pre-enrollment checklist (the applicant will present the checklist to designated offices to secure signatures signifying completion of each enrollment process) and examination permit.
  4. Take the entrance exam on the scheduled date and time
  5. Get the exam result from the Guidance and Counseling Services Office (GCSO) on the scheduled date of release.
  6. Get the examination results. (The applicant may personally or send a representative (e.g. parent, sibling) to get the exam result from GCSO. S/He may also inquire the results over the phone)
  7. If qualified, submit the following enrollment requirements:
    • Form 138
    • Photocopy of PSO/NSO birth certificate
    • 1 copy of 1x1 ID picture
    • Certificate of Good Moral Character
  8. Proceed to the AdScO and submit the accomplished pre-enrollment checklist.
  9. Secure endorsement for discount and discount forms from the AdScO, if applicable.
  10. Get the Official Enrollment Form (OEF) from the Accounting Department and submit endorsement for discount and discount forms.
  11. Proceed to the Cashier’s Office for payment of fees.

Colegio de San Juan de Letran (CSJL) Calamba was founded in 1979 by its mother-institution, Letran Intramuros. It was also the first higher learning institution  established by the Dominican Province of the Philippines. 

CSJL Calamba offers undergraduate degrees in business administration, accountancy, computer studies, engineering, arts, education, sciences, nursing, tourism, and hospitality management. It also offers graduate programs in business administration, management.

Since its establishment, Letran Calamba has provided quality education, research efforts, community service, and extension activites. This resulted with it being granted autonomy by the main campus in Manila.
